This is a martial arts class focused on self-defense system. Kokondo Karate applies traditional techniques to modern circumstances. Whether your attacker is alone, in a group or armed, you are going to know what to do.
Kokondo Karate teaches blocks, kicks and strikes within the framework of kata. We then break these forms down to their practical applications on the street. Practice leads to perfection, creating dynamic strikes against specific targets. Through Kokondo Karate, you achieve maximum effect with debilitating consequences for any attacker.

PT Fit is a moderately paced class that places emphasis on learning proper form while performing functional movements. It is a program for beginners that emphasizes core strength and stability, preparing you for higher level fitness and improving your functionality in daily life. If you are a beginner or have experience and are looking for a place to learn the basics, our PT Fit Class may be perfect for you.

A wonderful opportunity to be in a small group setting with a Crossroads Physical Therapist leading you through
passive stretching, self-myofascial release (SMR), mobilization, and core strengthening. All levels are welcome; modifications provided as needed.
